摘    要:奉节脐橙是重庆柑桔的一个优势品种,但奉节脐橙采前采后均易发生果皮褐变,严重影响其商品性和耐贮性,已成为内外销的最重要的制约因素。研究通过生长期叶面喷钙,研究了钙对奉节脐橙果实果皮褐变和品质的影响。结果表明,果树钙营齐缺乏是导致果实果皮褐变的重要因素之一,叶面喷钙可有效提高果皮的钙含量,显著地降低果实采前果皮褐变率,极显著降低果实采后贮藏过程中的果皮褐变率,显著增强果面红色改善果实商品性。

Abstract:Fengjie Navel orange,a leading sweet orange cultivar in Chongqing,is prone to develop peel pitting before and after harvest,which has become a limiting factor for its competitiveness on the domestic and international market.In the present experiment,Ca(NO3)2 solution at 0.5% was used as foliar spray 4 months prior to harvest.It was found out that calcium deficiency was one of the important causes for peel pitting.Compared with the non-sprayed control,calcium spray significantly decreased pre-and post-harvest peel pitting and improved the redness of the fruit.
