摘    要:以水培小麦幼苗为试材,研究了氮素形态对营养液pH值及磷锌、磷铁颉颃作用的影响。结果表明,只有仅以NO-3为氮源的营养液,其pH值才升高。氮素形态改变了营养液的pH值,因而氮素形态会影响小麦对锌、铁的吸收及运转。在各氮素形态配比下,磷与锌、铁之间均存在颉颃作用,且表现为高磷抑制锌、铁向小麦叶片的运输。

Abstract:A solution culture experiment with wheat was made to study the effects of various forms of nitrogen on the pH in the nutrient solutions and on the antagonism between phosphorus and iron or zinc. pH rose only in nutrient solutions with NO - 3 as the sole N source. Different forms of N changed the pH of the nutrient solutions, thus affecting the uptake of zinc and iron by the plant and their transportation in it. In various combinations of N source, antagonism was observed between P and Zn and between P and Fe, and high P retarded the transfer of zinc and iron to the leaves of the plant.
