摘    要:】采用16种不同的引物对3株典型的稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthegrisea)菌株ZA1,ZG1和M1进行了RAPD分析。结果表明,从杂草马塘与水稻分离的菌株,基因组的差异很大,很容易通过RAPD鉴别这两种不同来源的稻瘟病菌菌株。自水稻分离的菌株,RAPD扩增产物相似性较高,但仍然能够检测出不同生理小种DNA带型的差异,证明RAPD可用于稻瘟病菌生理小种的快速鉴别。

Abstract:RAPD (Random amplified polymorphic DNA) was used to distinguish the races of Magnaporthe grisea . Three representative strains of M.grisea , i.e. a high virulent strain ZA 1, a low virulent strain ZG 1 and a avirulent strain M 1 isolated from Digitaria spp., were chosen for this study. Sixteen 10 mer random primers were used and 12 of them showed banding patterns of strain M 1 different from those of strain ZA 1 and ZG 1, while 6 of them demonstrated different patterns between strain ZA 1 and ZG 1. These results indicated that non rice pathogen could be easily distinguished from rice pathogen by employing RAPD assay. The results suggested that RAPD assay could be used to distinguish the races of Magnaporthe grisea .
