摘    要:长薄鳅属典型的有胃鱼,胃呈Ⅴ型;消化道较短,仅为体长的0.704;肠长为体腔长的1.14倍。食道粘膜层中有丰富的杯状细胞和棒状细胞,杯状细胞H.E染为蓝紫色,棒状细胞着色较浅;外肌层为横纹肌,纵行;内肌层为平滑肌,环行。胃分为贲门部,盲囊部和幽门部,均有较丰富的胃腺组织,肠各段在组织结构上差异不显著。但直肠粘膜褶明显平缓,杯状细胞数量明显增多,肌肉层明显增厚。

Abstract:The morphology and histological structure of the digestive system in Leptobotia elongata were observed with a light microscope. The results showed that L. elongata is a typical stomach-possessing fish with a V-shaped stomach. Its digestive tract is relatively short, being 70.4% that of the length of its body. Its intestine length is 1.14 times as long as its body cavity. Abundant goblet- and club-shaped cells are present in the mucous layer of its esophagus. The goblet-shaped cells turn purplish blue when stained with H.E. while the club-shaped cells appear only lightly stained with H.E. The muscle layer of the esophagus is composed of inner longitudinal striped muscle and out annular smooth muscle. The stomach comprises of three portions: cardinal, blind sac and pyloric, with many gastric glands. The various sections of the intestine are not significantly different in their histological structure. In the rectum, however, the plicamucosa become markedly flat, the number of goblet-shaped cells increases greatly and the muscle layer get significantly thicker.
