摘    要:肾蕨叶在瓶插期中,体内水分,溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均呈下降趋势,而过氧化物酶活性不断上升。保鲜剂AgNO350mg/1+蔗糖20g/1+抗坏血酸150mg/1和AgNO350mg/1+蔗糖20G/1+抗坏血酸150mg/1+赤霉素50mg/1处理,能提高切叶体内水分和可溶性糖含量,后者处理的效果更佳。水分,可溶性糖,脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶活性间的变化具一定相关性。

Abstract:Water, soluble sugars and proline content in cut ferm (Nephrolepis cordifolia) normally declined and peroxidase activity increased during its vase-holding life. AgNO_350 mg/l+sucrose 20g/l +vitamin C 150 mg/l (treatment A) and AgNO_350 mg/l + sucrose 20 g/l+vitamin C 150 mg/l+gibbrellin 50 mg/l (treatment B) enhanced water and soluble sugar contents and maintained them at a plateau before a final decline. The preservative treatments also inhibited the rise of peroxidase ativity of the cut fern foliage. Treatment B had a more pronounced effect than treatment A. Some correlation was observed among water, soluble sugars, proline and the activity of peroxidase in their variation.
