| 摘 要： | 对84个杂交籼稻组合各项米质指标的变异度及其指标间相关分析结果表明,各米质指标在不同组合间的变幅存在很大差异,以外观品质的垩白度和垩白粒率变幅最大,较难达到优质标准,是影响杂交稻米质的主要限制性指标。整精米率与垩白粒率和垩白度呈显著负相关关系,可以通过品种选育和栽培技术来改善稻米的外观品质,从而使整精米率得到提高。 |

| Abstract: | 84 hybrid indica rice combinations were tested to investigate the variation degree and their correlation.The results show that there existed great difference in the variation range of different rice quality indices among different combinations,especially in chalkiness degree and chalky kernel rate,which were hard to meet the requirement of good quality rice,and there was a significant negative correlation between the head rice rate and chalky kernel rate,chalkiness degree.The appearance quality of rice can be improved by the breeding and cultivation,which can increase the head kernel rate. |
