摘    要:用不同浓度的α-萘乙酸(NAA)和赤霉素(GA)处理火棘插条,不同浓度的α-萘乙酸、赤霉素及吲哚乙酸(IAA)处理火棘种子,插条和种子分别栽培在黑沙壤及河沙壤中,观察插条的发芽率、生根率以及种子的萌发率.结果表明,植物激素对插条生根和种子萌发具有明显的促进作用, 尤以0.1 mg/L的NAA处理10 s后土培和0.05 mg/L的赤霉素处理10 s后沙培的火棘插条生根率最高,达80%以上.15 mg/L 的NAA、GA和IAA对种子萌发的效果最明显,GA处理后土培的种子发芽率可达70%.

Abstract:The cuttings and seeds were treated with different concentration of NAA,GA and IAA to investigate the effects on germination and rooting rate of cuttings and germination rate of seeds.The results show that three tested hormones all increases rooting rate of cuttings and germination rate of seeds,and the rooting rate of cuttings treated with 0.1mg/L NAA and 0.05mg/L GA for 10s is up to above 80%.The concentration of 15mg/L NAA,GA and IAA can raise seed germination rate significantly and the germination rate of seeds treated with 15mg/L GA reaches 70%.
