黔东南小城镇生态产业发展现状及对策

黔东南州是贵州省生态资源大州,但经济发展较为滞后,城镇化率较低,城镇体系以小城镇为主体,目前小城镇产业支撑力度不强。为促进黔东南州经济可持续发展,达到经济和生态效益的统一,黔东南州提出了探索建立黔东南生态文明建设试验区的构想。在对生态产业进行界定及发展趋势分析的基础上认为,发展生态产业及构建地区生态产业循环模式有可能使黔东南州小城镇获得新的区位优势,是黔东南州小城镇产业的发展方向。通过对黔东南州小城镇生态产业发展现状的分析认为,黔东南生态产业发展取得了一定的进展,但还存在诸多问题,如小城镇市场功能发育迟缓,产业间未形成产业共生型发展态势。并针对性地提出了相关的政策建议。
