摘    要:用双低品种对不育系转育测交后,在F2代分离出的不育株上再用其品种回交,然后在B1F2(回交种的F2)代群体中选可育株自交,自交株通过室内硫甙粗测分析淘汰种植B1F3的低硫株行,花期选择出现1/4不育株率的株系进行系内兄妹交,再种植鉴定,选50%左右不育株率的株系成对测交。用3年6代(含夏繁)育成了不育株率为51.8%、硫甙含量为31.2μmol/g的不育系-油研7号双低不育系。其选择群体在100-500株的范围,双低株系的入选株率在5%以上,不育系稳定的入选株系率可达60%左右。

Abstract:Youyan 7, a sterile line, with double low (low erucic acid andlow glucosinolate) and 51.8% of sterile plant rate and 31.2μmol of glucosinolate content was bred out for 3 years and 6 generations (contained reproduction in Summer) by a series of crosses and selection. Namely, after the sterile line was crossed and tested with the double-low variety, selected sterile individuals from its F2 population and backcrossed with its male parent, and in its B1F1 population, fertile plants was selected for self-pollination, and then took glucosinolate test to the self-bred and planted in row with the selected double low individuals of B1F3 generation. During the flowering period, selected lines with 1/4 of sterile plant rate and let it achieve sib mating within line. Then took field test to select lines with about 50% of sterile plant rate for test cross in pairs.
