贵州省逐步缩小城乡经济差距的思考

为促进贵州城乡经济社会全面协调发展,形成城乡一体化发展新格局提供理论参考,依据《贵州省统计年鉴》和《中国统计年鉴》,对贵州省城乡经济发展的统计数据进行了系统分析。结果表明:贵州城乡发展不平衡日益突出,农村经济发展滞后、农村人口贫困已经成为制约城乡经济社会全面协调发展的关键瓶颈。为此,贵州应立足资源禀赋,在积极发展县域经济和非农产业的同时,以现代特色农业为发展方向,深入拓展特色农业产业化经营、大力推进劳动力就地转移、全面实施农村扶贫开发,多位一体、统筹安排、整合推进、发挥政策合力,促进农业稳定发展、农民持续增收,增强农村经济可持续发展能力,尽快扭转城乡发展差距继续扩大的基本态势。

Thinking on Narrowing the Economic Disparity Between Urban and Rural Areas in Guizhou Province

The statistics data of urban-rural economic development in Guizhou were systematically analyzed to provide a theoretical reference for promoting urban-rural economic and social development comprehensively and coordinately,forming a new pattern of integrated development.The results showed that the urban-rural development was unbalanced,rural economic development lagging behind and rural poverty became the critical bottleneck of economic and social development comprehensively and coordinately.Therefore,it was essential to take development of modern characteristic agriculture as directions,by promoting agriculture industrial operation,as well as rural labor transferring and poverty alleviation based on resource endowments while development of the county economic and non-agricultural industries.It was fateful to reverse the gap expanding steadily trend of urban-rural economic as soon as possible by enhancing agriculture development,increasing income and sustainable development capacity for rural economy.
