| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济,建立循环型社会已经成为世界各国的潮流和趋势。中国是一个农业大国,发展循环农业经济建设,无论对循环经济的发展和循环型社会的形成还是对农业经济的发展都具有重要意义。西部地区是我国自然资源的富集区,支持西部开发的政策为西部农业的发展前景提供了有利条件。讨论了充分发挥西部农业竞争优势,借鉴国外的先进经验发展西部绿色农业,探讨实现循环经济的可能性和必要性以及相关的策略。

| Abstract: | To develop circular economy and build circular society has became the trend in the world.The construction of developing circular agricultural economy plays the important role in circular economic development and formation of circular society in China.The policy for supporting development in Western areas rich in natural sources provides the favorable condition for agricultural development.The paper discusses the possibility and necessity of realizing circular economy and relative countermeasures in Western areas by giving play to the competitive advantage of Western agriculture and drawing lessons from the external advanced experience. |
