摘    要:为了对利用航天诱变育种技术改良短季棉纤维品质提供参考,同时拓宽短季棉种质资源。试验对经航天诱变处理的短季棉百棉2号SP2代主要纤维品质指标系统聚类。结果表明,航天诱变单株和对照共聚为2类:第Ⅰ类种质材料经航天诱变绒长明显变短、变粗,适合作粗短绒棉种质利用;第Ⅱ类种质材料绒长明显变长、变粗,适合作绒长种质利用。

Abstract:The main fiber quality indexes of SP_2 of Baimian 2 were analyzed by the cluster method to provide a reference for improvement of fiber quality of cotton varieties with a short growing period by using space breeding technique and to widen its germplasm resource. The results showed that two germplasm groups could be divided in different mutants and CK, the germplasm groupⅠ with short and thick velvet could be used in breeding of cotton variety with short and thick velvet and the germplasm group Ⅱ with long and thick velvet could be used in breeding of cotton variety with long and thick velvet.
