普那菊苣引种选育研究

摘    要:为满足贵州省草业生产发展的需要,在对普那菊苣引种驯化的基础上进行了品比和区域性试验。试验表明:普那菊苣的产草量、再生性及种子产量等综合表现较欧洲菊苣、美国菊苣好。区域性试验其产草量、再生性及种子产量,经方差分析各试点品种间差异达极显著水平,普那菊苣最好,欧洲菊苣次之,美国菊苣最差。区试各试点间相同品种其差异也达极显著水平,罗甸最好,独山居中,大方较差。参试品种在各试点均能正常开花结实,适应性较强,但从生产性能、营养成分进行综合分析,普那菊苣是较理想的菊苣品种,可作为优质饲草在贵州不同生境条件下推广应用。

Abstract:Three introduced chicory varieties were tested to select the best variety for developing the forage industry in Guizhou.The results show that the green grass yield,regeneration capacity and seed yield of puna chicory is the best among three tested varieties and there is very significant difference in the green grass yield,regeneration capacity and seed yield among three tested varieties.There is very significant difference in the green grass yield;regeneration capacity and seed yield of the same variety at different sites.The tested varieties at different sites can be blooming and setting,but the puna chicory variety is considered as the high quality forage,which should be popularized in different ecological environments of Guizhou.
