摘    要:利用引进的辣椒胞质雄性不育系植株和多种类型的自育材料,经4~5代测交、自交、回交得到新的胞质雄性不育系和同型保持系,同时筛选出多个较优的恢复系.研究发现,在测交或回交组合育性分离时,回交父本株系内不同单株对雄性不育的保持能力差异很大,甚至会影响到不育系选育的成败.因此,在测交或回交后代出现育性分离时,需要选择测交(或者回交)父本自交后代的多个不同单株进行成对回交,再根据回交后代的育性表现,淘汰具不良基因型(N(MsMs)、N(Msms))的回交父本,而不育株与基因型为N(msms)的父本饱和回交后将得到新的不育系和同型保持系.

Abstract:The new cytoplasmic male sterile line, homo-maintain line and some restorer lines were bred from test cross, self cross and back cross of introduced cytoplasmic male sterile lines and some materials bred by Guizhou Horticultural Institute after 4~5 generations. The results showed that there was significant difference in maintain ability of male sterile among the individual plants in the male plant line in test or back cross combinations. Therefore, when the fertility isolation appears in progeny of test or back cross, the individual plants of the male self cross progeny should be back-crossed by a pairing pattern, then the male parent with N(MsMs) or N(Msms) should be eliminated according to its fertility performance of the back cross progeny and finally the new sterile line and its homo-maintain lines can be obtained from the saturation back cross between the sterile plant and the male parent with N(msms).
