| 摘 要： | 从2005年起搜集野生三叶木通Akebia trifoliata(Thunb)Koidz]进行人工驯化栽培,观察其果实性状表现,并对营养成分进行了分析。结果表明:人工栽培条件下,果实最大单果重313.5 g,最小89.5 g,平均单果重158.5 g,测出的15种氨基酸平均总量达1415.6 mg/100 g。其中,含有人体必需的8种氨基酸,含量为921.0 mg/100 g,占总氨基酸的65.06%。三叶木通经人工栽培,其果实品质得到较大提高。

| Abstract: | Wild Akebia trifoliata(Thunb.)Koidz has been cultivated for its domestication since 2005.The fruit character and nutrition composition of the domesticated Akebia trifoliata(Thunb.)Koidz is studied and analyzed.The results show that the maximal and minimal single fruit weight is 313.5 g and 89.5 g separately and the average single fruit weight is 158.5 g,and the average total quantity of 15 tested amino acids is up to 1415.6 mg/100 g and the content of 8 amino acids for human requirement is 921.0 mg/100g which accounts for 52.30% of total amino acid. |
