贵州玉米杂交组合的主成分分析

摘    要:为了从大量的性状中筛选出主要性状,提高玉米育种的选择效果,将贵州16个常用玉米自交系进行完全双列杂交,得到120个杂交组合,利用主成分分析方法对该120个组合进行了分析.结果表明:前5个主成分值可以用来表述全部性状的信息:第一主成分为品种的产量因子,第二主成分为穗粗因子,第三主成分为生育期因子,第四主成分为株高因子,第五主成分为穗长因子.

Abstract:120 cross combinations between 16 common maize inbred lines from Guizhou province were analyzed by principle component analysis to select main characters from a large number of agronomic characters for improving the selection effect in maize breeding.The results showed that 5 principle component values could be stated for information of all characters and the first,second,third,forth and fifth principle component was yield,ear diameter,growth period,plant height and ear length respectively.
