| 摘 要： | 自2000年开始实施退耕还林工程以来青海省生态环境得到了一定的改善,也使退耕农民得到了实惠,然而特殊的自然地理环境限制和阻碍了退耕还林工程后续产业的发展.对退耕还林还草工程在实践中的实施情况、取得的成效和面临的困难与存在的问题进行了论述,提出了对策.
