摘    要:为探明苯醚甲环唑在苹果上的残留特性和使用安全性,通过田间试验和室内检测,研究了苯醚甲环唑在苹果及土壤中的残留动态及最终残留量。结果表明:苯醚甲环唑在苹果和土壤中的半衰期分别为7.1~10.3d和11.0~14.1d。苯醚甲环唑10%可湿性粉剂66.67mg(a.i)/kg、100mg(a.i)/kg,施药4~5次,末次施药后7d收获的苹果中苯醚甲环唑残留量均低于0.5mg/kg。推荐该药在苹果上的安全间隔期为7d。

Abstract:A field experiment and laboratory testing were conducted to reveal residual degradation dynamics and the final residues of difenoconazole in apple and soil.The results showed that the half-life of difenoconazole in apple and soil were 7.1~10.3 d and 11.0~14.1 d respectively.When the apple was sprayed 4~5 times with 66.67 mg a.i./kg and 100 mg a.i./kg difenoconazole 10% WP,the last application was done 7 d before harvesting,the residue of difenoconazole in the harvested apple was lower than 0.5 mg/kg.It was demonstrating that the preharvest interval of difenoconazole on apple was 7 d.
