摘    要:为研究噻苯隆( TDZ)对月季的影响,以皇家巴西诺月季的茎段和叶片为外植体,MS为基本培养基,添加一定浓度的细胞分裂素和生长素及不同浓度的TDZ,对其芽增殖和叶片愈伤组织诱导进行了研究.结果表明:促进侧芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS+NAA 0.lmg/L+6BA1.0mg/L+TDZ 2.0mg/L,诱导月季叶片形成愈伤的最佳培养基为MS+NAA 0.5mg/L+2,4D5.0 mg/L+ TDZ 1.0mg/L,0.5 cm×1.0 cm的切块有利于愈伤组织的产生.

Abstract:The stem segments and leaves of rose were cultured on MS medium with cytokinin+ auxin+TDZ of different concentration to study the effects of TDZ on bud propagation and leaf callus induction.The results showed that the optimal medium for lateral bud propagation and leaf callus induction was MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+TDZ 2 mg/L and MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 5.0 mg/ L+TDZ 1.0 mg/ L respectively.The optimal leaf size for callus induction was 0.5 cm×1.0 cm.
