摘    要:为金银花药材的生产及质量控制提供科学依据,设5个施氮水平、4个采收期,研究了不同施氮量和采收期对金银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷含量的影响.结果表明:施氮23g/株可明显提高绿蕾期、白蕾期、白花期和黄花期金银花中的绿原酸含量和木犀草苷含量;在白蕾期采收,金银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷含量均较高,可作为金银花中药材的适宜采收时期.

Abstract:Contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in honeysuckle were studied by designing five nitrogen application amounts and four harvest times to provide a scientific basis for production and quality control of honeysuckle.The results showed that application amount of 23 g nitrogen per plant could increase the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in green-bud-period,white-bud-period,white-flower-period and yellow-flower-period.White-bud-period could be the appropriate harvest time for both the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside of honeysuckle were high.
