摘    要:为了对玉米种质改良利用、玉米自交系的利用和强优势组合的选配提供参考,选用16个玉米自交系作为亲本,按不完全双列杂交模式组配成60个杂交组合,对F1代10个主要农艺性状进行了配合力分析.结果表明:交51和5311具有较高的穗部性状和产量性状一般配合力效应优势,有较大的利用价值;z0619有较优的产量性状优势,可与具有较优良穗位性状的自交系互补利用;综合性状较差的自交系为4011、80c-1、安单3号选系和苏11,需改良后利用;其余自交系可根据育种目标有目的地选择利用.

Abstract:The combining ability of ten main agronomic traits of 60 F1 generations from incomplete diallel cross between 16 maize inbred lines was analyzed to provide references for improvement of maize germplasm,utilization of maize inbred lines and selection of superiority combinations.The results showed that Jiao 51 and 5311 inbred lines with higher general combining ability of ear and yield traits were of higher utilizable value.Z0619 inbred line with better yield trait could be utilized in improvement of inbred lines with good ear trait.4011,80c-1,Andan 3 and Su 11 inbred lines with the poor comprehensive traits should be improved for further utilization.Other inbred lines could be utilized according to different breeding objects in maize breeding.
