摘    要:为给生产上培育光皮树壮苗提供理论基础,研究了4个不同水分处理下光皮树速生期苗高、地径生长、生物量积累和生理生化指标的变化。结果表明:光皮树苗在100%田间持水量处理下的生长最好,与田间持水量40%、60%、80%相比,苗高净生长量分别高97.05%、56.84%和24.80%,地径净生长量分别高99.19%、74.73%、46.66%,叶面积分别增加494.61%、183.34%、72.56%,总生物量分别增加289.60%、101.90%、56.13%。随着土壤含水量降低,光皮树叶片光合速率、蒸腾速率、叶绿素总含量和叶片相对含水量逐渐降低,而丙二醛含量和细胞质膜透性逐渐增加。结论:光皮树速生期苗木生长最适田间持水量为100%。

Abstract:The seedling height,ground diameter,biomass,physiological biochemical indexes were determined under four different field water-holding capacities to provide the theoretical basis for culturing healthy C.wilsoniana seedlings.The results showed that the seedling height,ground diameter,leaf area and total biomass of C.wilsoniana seedlings under 100%field water-holding capacity were 97.05%,56.84% and 24.80%,99.19%,74.73% and 46.66%,494.61%,183.34% and 72.56%,289.60%,101.90% and 56.13% higher than those under 40%,60% and 80% field water-holding capacities respectively.The photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,total chlorophyll content and leaf relative water content gradually reduced with reduction of soil water content,but the MDA content and plasma membrane permeability increased with reduction of soil water content.Conclusion: The optimum field water-holding capacity for growth of C.wilsoniana seedlings at rapid growth stage is 100%.
