烟农参与专业合作社的行为及影响因素分析

为烟农专业合作社的进一步发展提供参考,通过实地及问卷调查,对烟农参与专业合作社的行为及其影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:户均种植规模、机器及烤房拥有量、距离合作社远近、专业化服务价格、种烟劳动力等是影响烟农参与烟农专业合作社的重要因素,并从地理条件、户均规模、职业烟农队伍和基础设施完善度等类型划分的基础上有针对性地提出了各种类型发展烟农专业合作社的路径选择。

Analysis on Behavior and Influence Factors of Tobacco Farmers Joining in Professional Cooperatives

In order to provide references for the development of tobacco farmers’ professional cooperatives in further,field investigations and questionnaire surveys were conducted to analyze the behavior and influence factors of tobacco farmers joining in professional cooperatives.The results showed that the key factors influencing tobacco farmers’ willingness of joining in professional cooperatives included average household scale,number of owned machines and flue-curing barns,distance from the cooperatives,specialized service price,tobacco planting labors.Meanwhile,several kinds of routing selection of developing tobacco farmers’ professional cooperatives were proposed on the basis of breakdown to the geographical conditions,average household scale,specialized tobacco farmer team,condition of the infrastructure.
