烟草主要土传病害拮抗微生物菌株的筛选

摘    要:为筛选有效土传病害拮抗微生物,采用平板对峙法,对特定土壤样品中烟草主要土传病害拮抗微生物菌株进行了筛选.结果表明:分离出微生物菌株共513株,其中,细菌121株、放线菌292株和真菌100株;筛选出具有拮抗效果的微生物菌株共135株,其中,放线菌107株、细菌26株和真菌2株.可为贵州省烟草生产上利用生物农药防治病害及进一步研发适用的生物制剂类产品提供了科学依据和奠定资源基础.

Abstract:Microorganisms were isolated and screened as antagonistic stains against soil-borne tobacco diseases from specific soil samples.513 strains of microorganisms were isolated,among them,121 strains were bacteria,292 strains were actinomyces,and 100 strains were fungi.135 strains of antagonistic microorganisms were screened,among them,26 of them were bacteria,107 were actinomyces,and 2 of them were fungi.This research could be a scientific reference and fundamental study for the bio-pesticides to control the di...
