贵州玉米地方种质抗丝黑穗病的机理研究

摘    要:为探索贵州玉米地方种质抗丝黑穗病机理,采用玉米抗丝黑穗病田间接种鉴定和高效液相色谱法等方法,研究了贵州玉米地方种质丁布含量与抗玉米丝黑穗病的关系。结果表明:供试的30份玉米种质材料中,高抗材料、抗病材料和中抗材料分别为6份、7份和6份,感病材料和高感材料分别有10份和1份;萌发7d的玉米幼苗丁布含量与丝黑穗病发病率呈极显著负相关(r=-0.934 6,p=0.000 1),表明,丁布是贵州玉米地方种质抗丝黑穗病的重要因子。

Abstract:To explore resistance mechanism of Guizhou local maize germplasm to head smut,the DIMBOA content in Guizhou local maize germplasm and its relationship with the resistance to head smut was studied by the method of field inoculation identification and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that for 30 materials,the number of highly resistant,resistant and moderate resistant materials were 6,7 and 6 respectively,the number of susceptible and highly susceptible materials were 10 and 1 respectively.The DIMBOA concentration in 7 d maize seedlings was very significantly negatively correlated with infection rate of head smut(r=-0.934 6,p=0.000 1).It proved that DIMBOA was a key factor for resistance of Guizhou local maize germplasm to head smut.
