Abstract:152 F6 recombinant inbreed lines derived from a cross between T.dicoccoides(acc# G18-16) and durum wheat cultivar(Langdon) were planted in dry and wet environment in Israel in 2005 and the wet environment of Central Guizhou in 2007 respectively to study QTL analysis of 1 000-grain weight for providing genetic resources in improvement of common cultivation wheat.The results showed that there were wide genetic differences in 1 000-grain weight among 152 lines under three different ecological conditions.Six QT...
