摘    要:以2个烟草品种(89112和双-70)为试验材料,设置0、0.5、1、5、10 mg/L 5个铜浓度,通过水培试验,研究铜胁迫下烟草体内丙二醛(MDA)、叶绿素的含量,SOD、POD的活性,生物量的变化.结果表明,MDA的含量随着铜处理浓度的增加,先增加后降低;低浓度的Cu处理下SOD和POD的活性增加,高浓度的铜处理则抑制其活性;在铜处理浓度低于1 mg/L时,叶绿素含量增加,生物量的积累也有所增加,但是当浓度高于1 mg/L时,叶绿素含量降低,植物的光合作用减弱,从而降低了生物量的积累.
