壳寡糖对水稻抗纹枯病抗性诱导的研究

摘    要:为高效安全地控制水稻纹枯病,研究了壳寡糖诱发水稻对纹枯病的诱导抗病性.结果表明,壳寡糖对纹枯菌的菌丝和菌核无明显的抑制作用.但在水稻成株期,向水稻叶面喷施不同浓度的壳寡糖溶液,水稻植株的发病率和病情指数较对照明显降低,相对防效均在50%以上,且不同浓度的壳寡糖溶液引发水稻对纹枯病的诱导抗病性程度不同,对水稻纹枯病的防效也不一样.浓度为50 μg/mL的壳寡糖溶液引发水稻对纹枯病的诱导抗病性程度最强,对水稻纹枯病的防效达65.56%.壳寡糖对水稻植株进行诱导处理后,水稻植株体内过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的活性均有不同程度的提高,这些防御酶活性的提高,是引发水稻对纹枯病诱导抗病性的生化机制.

Abstract:The resistance induced by chitosan oligosaccharide to rice sheath blight was studied to efficiently and safely control rice sheath blight.The results showed that chitosan oligosaccharide had no obvious inhibition effect on hyphae and sclerotia of rice sheath blight bacterium,but spraying different concentration of chitosan oligosaccharide solution on rice leaves could significantly reduce its disease rate and index of rice sheath blight and its relative control effect was above 50.0%.Because the different d...
