贵州稻种禾类种质资源耐冷性和抗旱性鉴定与评价利用

摘    要:分别对286份和232份贵州稀有稻种禾类种质资源的芽期耐冷性和苗期抗旱性进行鉴定研究。结果表明,禾类资源中存在丰富的耐冷,抗旱基因。耐冷性鉴定表现中抗(5级)以上品种179份,占62.58%,其中1组高抗品种46份,占16.08%;抗旱性鉴定表现强(1级)的品种有35份,占15.09%,5级中抗以上品种104份,占鉴定数的44.82%,筛选出耐冷抗旱的双抗肿质有9份。并就禾类资源的耐、抗时时 等优

Abstract:Guizhou HE(Oryza sativa )in foggy and humid mountainous district of southeastern Guizhou, is formed with a course of long evolution and artificial selection, and is regarded as a kind of special ecotype of rare rice germplasm resources in China. 286 local varieties of Guizhou HE was conducted to study tolerance to cold at bud stage and 232 varieties for studying resistance to drought at seedling stage. The results showed that there were 179 ones expressing MR to cold, including 46 (16.8%) HR and 62(21.68%) R, 35 varieties of them were resistant to drought at seedling stage; and 9 varieties of Guizhou HE showed both resistance to cold and drought. How to utilize these characteristics in rice breeding was discussed.
