摘    要:为寻求微生物降解菌在重金属污染土壤修复工程中应用,采用摇瓶培养法与16SrDNA序列分析法相结合研究重金属锌污染土壤中强耐锌菌株的种类;并采用盆栽试验,研究不同菌肥搭配对黑麦草富集重金属锌的影响。结果表明:从被污染土壤中分离出1株具有较强锌耐受能力的细菌jyj,初步确定为蕈状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mycoides);该细菌与肥料搭配施用,黑麦草地下部分锌含量较对照(2 560.5mg/kg)提高1.55倍,地下生物富集系数提高至5.13。

Screening of a Zinc-resistant Strain and the Application in Zinc Contaminated Soil Remediation with Lolium perenne
Abstract:To explore the microbial degradation bacteria application in heavy metal contaminated soil remediation,The strains strongly resistant to zinc in soil were studied by shake-flask culture and 16S rDNA sequences analysis methods,then a pod experiment was conducted to explore the effects of different bacterial manure mixtures on zinc enrichment in L.perenne.Results:A strain named jyj was selected from contaminated soil,the strain was preliminarily identified as Bacillus mycoides;The combined application of the strain and fertilizers promoted the L.perenne remediation in the term that the underground zinc content in L.perenne increased 1.55 times compared to the control group (2 560.5 mg/kg) and its underground BCF factor increased to 5.13.
