| 摘 要： | 为提高北虫草母种质量,促进其商业化生产,采用组织分离法研究北虫草5个不同生长发育期(原基期,子实体生长15d、30d、45d和60d)组织分离对母种质量的影响。结果表明:原基期组织分离得到母种的菌丝体生长速度最快,为3.18mm/d,菌丝体生长整齐、纯白、浓密且转色效果最好,与其他4个时期得到母种的菌丝体生长速度间差异极显著。北虫草组织分离母种宜选用原基期组织。

Screening of Optimal Tissue Isolation Period of Cordyceps militaris |

| Abstract: | In order to improve the mother strain quality of C.militaris,promote the commercial production,tissue isolation method was employed to explore the effects of organization separation in five different growth and development period (primordial stage and fruiting body growth 15 d,30 d,45 d and 60 d) on mother strain quality of C.militaris.Results:Mycelia growth rate of mother strains obtained in primordial stage was the highest,3.18 mm/d.The mycelia were of neat growth,pure white color,thick and best coloring effects,the growth speed of which was extremely significantly different with that obtained in the other four stages.The tissue separation of C.militaris should be conducted in primordial stage. |
