| 摘 要： | 辣椒组织培养是辣椒杂种优势固定、优良品种快速繁殖、突变体保存利用及基因转移的基础.对辣椒常用的离体培养技术、影响离体培养的主要因数,组织培养技术在辣椒茎尖脱毒苗、体细胞变异无性系变异、单倍体育种和基因转化方面取得的进展进行了综述,并提出在辣椒组织培养中存在的主要问题及对未来的展望.
