| 摘 要： | 在党的十六届七中全会提出的建设社会主义新农村的目标指引下,如何构建农村和谐小康社会,引导农民增收致富已成为当前农村工作的重点。通过对贵阳市乌当区水塘村社会主义新农村建设的效果进行分析,提出以农村生态家园建设为基础的社会主义新农村建设道路是符合贵阳市实际的有效途径。

| Abstract: | How to construct the harmonious and comfortable society and raise the farmer income in rural areas is the forcal point of solving the problem of "Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer" under the guide of "constructing the new countryside" proposed by the Party Central Committee.The effective way of construcing the new socialistic countryside based on building the rural ecological homeland is put forward by analizing the effect of Shuitang socialistic ecological homeland demonstration villege project in Guiyang. |
