摘    要:选用国内小麦生产上重要的推广良种和抗病育种原始材料对小麦条锈病、白粉病进行抗病性变异观察试验研究,结果82个参试材料中,对条锈病抗性表现为免疫的有3个,近免疫的有6个,抗病的有15个,中抗的有15个,中感的有22个,感病的有21个;对白粉病表现高抗的有7个,中抗的有28个,中感的有29个,高感的有18个.抗病性、产量、农艺性状表现较好的品种有贵麦22、扬麦158、鲁麦23、扬麦5号、繁6、郑州9023、绵阳28、鄂麦14、Avocet S*6/Yr5、Avocet S*/Yr10、Avocet S*/Yr15、晋太170和川3023等13个,可以开展进一步的试验、示范与推广;Hybrid 46、T.spelta album、Moro、VPM1、贵农22、铭贤169*6/Yr10、Avocet S*6/Yr5、川育55871、川3023等9个品种对条锈病抗性表现为免疫或近免疫,可以作为抗病育种抗性材料进行研究与应用.

Abstract:The results from observing the stripe and powdery mildew resistance of 82 main popularized wheat varieties and lines showed that the wheat varieties or lines with immunity, near immunity, resistance, middle resistance, middle susceptibility and susceptibility to stripe rust were 3, 6, 15, 15, 22 and 21 respectively, and the wheat varieties or lines with high resistance, middle resistance, middle susceptibility and high susceptibility to powdery mildew were 7, 28, 29 and 18 separately. Guimai 22, Yangmai 158, Lumai 23, Yangmai 5, Fan 6, Zhengzhou 9023, Mianyang 28 E' mai14, Avocet S * 6/Yr5, Avocet S*/Yr10, Avocet S */Yr15, Jintai 170 and Chuan 3023 varieties or lines with strong resistance, high yield and better agronomic characters should be further tested for demonstration and popularization in wheat production. Hybrid 46, T. speha album, Moro, VPM1, Guinong 22, Mingxian 169 * 6/Yr10, Avocet S * 6/Yr5,Chuanyu 55871 and Chuan 3023 varieties or lines with immunity and near immunity to stripe rust can be used in wheat breeding of disease resistance.
