高羊茅苗期抗旱性综合评价

摘    要:用株高、叶面积、地上部分干重、根干重、根冠比等形态指标和存活率对40个高羊茅品种苗期抗旱性进行初步研究,采用五级评分法对各项测定指标的平均值进行定量表示,经过权重系数分配进行抗旱性综合评价.结果表明:抗旱性最好的种质材料有2个品种,较好的种质材料有10个品种,一般种质材料有13个品种,较差的种质材料有1O个品种;最差的种质材料有5个品种.

Abstract:The drought resistance of 40 Festuca elata varieties was comprehensively evaluated by measuring the average values of plant height,leaf area,aerial dry weight,root dry weight,root to shoot ratio,survival rate and the distribution of weight coefficients at seedling stage.The results showed that the varieties with best,better,good,worse and worst drought resistance were 2,10,13,10 and 5 varieties respectively.
