| 摘 要： | 为贵州猪圆环病毒病的防治提供参考依据,对贵州省花溪区、息烽县和织金县3个地方3个猪场疑似猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型(PCV2)感染发病猪进行临床初步诊断,并分别采集6份血清及组织病料,采用ELISA和PCR技术对18份样品进行PCV2的血清学和病原学检测。结果表明:花溪、息烽、织金3个区(县)的PCV2阳性率分别为33.3%、83.3%和66.7%,3个猪场均出现了PCV2病毒感染,猪圆环病毒贵州流行毒株与Shanghai-06株的亲缘关系最近。

| Abstract: | To provide references for prevention and cure of PCVD,swine in three swine farms suspected porcine circovirus type Ⅱ(PCV2) infection in the swine herd incidence of clinical preliminary diagnosis at Huaxi,Xifeng and Zhijin in Guizhou Province were primarily diagnosed,six suspected swine serum and tissue were collected and 18 samples were collected for PCV2 serology and pathology detection by using ELISA and PCR technology.The results showed that PCV2 positive rates were 33.3%,83.3% and 66.7% at Huaxi,Xifeng and Zhijin respectively.PCV2 infected swine in all the three pig farms.The pandemic strain of porcine circovirus had the closest relationship with Shanghai-06 strain. |
