| 摘 要： | 为含山羊痘病毒P32基因真核表达质粒的重组减毒鼠伤寒沙门氏菌黏膜疫苗(口服疫苗)的临床推广应用提供科学依据,采集不同时间山羊肠道内容物,提取细菌总DNA,以肠道最常见的大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌为检测对象,应用Real-time PCR方法测定细菌含量的动态变化。结果表明:口服疫苗组山羊的肠道大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌含量,与空白对照组山羊相比,免疫初期(7d左右)出现显著或极显著增加外,其余时间段均无明显差异,表明口服疫苗免疫后未造成山羊肠道微生态紊乱。

| Abstract: | To provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of goatpox oral vaccine containing eukaryotic expression plasmids of P32 gene,the intestinal content samples were collected from goats in different immunized time and used for extraction of bacterial DNA and detection of the content of E.coli and Staphylococcus by Real-time PCR method.The results showed that the content of the above two bacteria in goat of oral vaccine group had no significant differences compared with that of the control groups,but in the initial phases(7 d or so).These results indicated that the immunization of oral vaccine did not cause the microbial disorders in the intestinal tract of goats. |
