摘    要:为探明大花蕙兰开花期的光合日变化特性,采用Li-6400便携式光合作用测定系统研究大花蕙兰开花期的光合日变化。结果表明:红霞、金茉莉的Pn、Tr和Cond日变化曲线均呈双峰型,13:00左右存在明显的光合午休现象,但不同品种Pn、Tr和Cond的高峰和低谷出现的时间和高低不同。金茉莉的Pn、Tr优于引进品种红霞。推测2个品种的光合作用的限制因子主要是气孔因素。

Abstract:The photosynthetic diurnal variation of Hybrid Cymbidium at flowering stage was determined by Li-6400 portable photosyntometer to study the characteristics of photosynthetic diurnal variation.The results showed that the diurnal variation of Pn,Tr and Cond of Hongxia and Jinmoli varieties presented a double-peak curve with midday rest phenomenon at about 13:00,but there were difference in appearing time and peak value of highest and lowest peak,and the Pn and Tr of Jingmoli variety were higher than Hongxia v...
