| 摘 要： | 药用植物草乌具多种活性成分,多年来国内外对其进行了大量研究,涉及到化学成分、炮制、药理、毒性及临床应用等,该植物具有较大的开发潜力和应用前景。为草乌的进一步研究提供参考,使草乌的活性成分得到更深入的研究,对草乌的化学成分、分离方法、结构修饰和生物活性等方面的研究概况进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Radix aconiti kusnezoffii has various active ingredients,a lot of studies have been conducted to know its components,preparation,pharmacology,toxicity and clinical practices for many years.R.aconiti kusnezoffii has great development potential and application prospects.In order to make further studies on active ingredients of R.aconiti kusnezoffii,in this paper the author reviews the chemical constitution,isolation method,structural modification and bioactivity of R.aconiti kusnezoffii. |
