摘    要:应用HACCP方法,通过对绿色肉猪饲养管理流程中各个环节的危害分析,确定关键控制点;对关键控制点中存在的潜在危害做出有效监控和纠偏措施,并对关键控制点建立档案记录,制定绿色肉猪饲养管理HACCP体系工作简表;绘制绿色肉猪饲养管理流程危害分析表及绿色肉猪饲养管理HACCP计划表,进而初步构建绿色肉猪饲养管理HACCP模式,并应用于肉猪饲养管理中,可有效控制饲养管理过程中的潜在危害,为绿色肉猪生产研究提供理论指导。
