| 摘 要： | 为提高毕节"开发扶贫,生态建设"试验区农村科技服务能力,建成了毕节试验区农村科技信息网,开发了农业实用技术数据库等数据资源,结合信息服务中心、信息服务站、专家大院、农业专家服务队伍和信息员队伍建设,初步构建了毕节试验区农村信息传播服务体系,探索出了信息中心+信息服务站+种养殖大户+农户、信息服务站+专家大院+农民专业合作社+农户、信息服务站+专家团队+农户等有效的信息服务模式,为毕节试验区农村信息化奠定了基础. |
