贵州猪乙型脑炎血清流行病学的调查

为了解贵州省规模养猪场乙型脑炎(JE)的流行情况,为该病的诊断、预防和控制提供参考,应用乳胶凝集试验(LAT)对9个地区216个规模养猪场的2 906份血清进行检测。结果表明:查出阳性血清1 239份,占受检血清的42.6%,以黔南州(74.9%)和贵阳市(66.7%)的血清阳性率较高;133个猪场检测出阳性血清,阳性场率为61.6%,以贵阳市(92.3%)和遵义市(93.5%)的猪场阳性率较高。结论:贵州省猪群存在JE感染,且感染率较高,应采取积极的防治措施。

Serological Investigation on Swine Japanese Encephalitis in Guizhou

To grasp the infected situation of swine Japanese encephalitis(JE) in Guizhou,2 906 serum samples were collected from 216 large-scale pig farms in nine areas for detection of Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV) antibodies using latex agglutination test(LAT).The results showed that 1 239 serum samples were positive,accounting for 42.6%.The high JE infection rate(74.9%,66.7%) in swine was recorded in Guiyang and Qiannan.The positive rate of large-scale pig farms was 61.6%,and Guiyang(92.3%)and Zunyi(93.5%)were the highest.Therefore,swine JE infection in Guizhou was widespread,active countermeasures should be taken to prevent and cure swine JE.
