| 摘 要： | 土地整理规划设计是土地整理项目的核心,不同地区进行规划设计所受到的限制因素不同.分析不同区域环境的地域条件对土地整理规划设计的影响,能够使土地整理规划设计更具操作性.文中阐述了西南丘陵山区开展土地整理项目规划设计的特点,对其限制因素进行了分析、总结,并根据贵州省黎平县土地整理项目规划设计的内容,分析了因地制宜进行土地整理规划设计的重要性.并提出了相应的解决思路.
