| 摘 要： | 为海南生鲜农产品冷物流链的持续健康发展提供参考,分析了海南现有生鲜农产品冷物流链运作模式及存在的问题。结合海南生鲜农产品冷物流链发展实际,在互联网+背景下,以构建互联网+冷物流链信息网络平台为核心,改善海南冷物流链设施建设、着力培养冷物流链人才、积极发展第三方物流,从生产、加工、运输、储藏、运输、销售等诸多环节,通过互联网+冷物流链信息网络平台实现无缝链接,保障海南生鲜农产品冷物流链发展,提高冷物流链在生鲜农产品发展中的应用。

| Abstract: | The authors analyze the current operation modes and existing problems of fresh agricultural products cold logistics chain to provide a reference for sustainable healthy development of fresh agricultural product cold logistics chain in Hainan.The measures to build the internet + cold logistics chain information platform,improve facilities construction of cold logistics chain,train talents about cold logistics chain,actively develop third-part logistics and realize the seamless connection between the internet and cold logistics chain information platform in many links of production,processing,transportation,storage and sale are proposed according to actual status of fresh agricultural product cold logistics chain development to safeguard development of fresh agricultural products cold logistics chain and enhance application of cold logistics chain in development of fresh agricultural products in Hainan. |
