贵州省天麻产业技术专利的计量分析

为相关部门全面了解天麻产业开发现状,进一步提升贵州省科技创新对天麻产业发展的支撑能力,采用文献计量学方法,从专利申请的类型、趋势、区域、申请人、技术领域及主要机构等方面对全国及贵州省天麻产业技术专利申请状况进行分析。结果表明:1989—2016年贵州省天麻专利申请量为102件,占全国申请量的14.80%。贵州省天麻外观设计专利和实用新型专利申请量占比较高,较全国分别提高17.38%和2.11%,发明专利申请占比低,较全国降低19.49%。其中,贵州省天麻产业的发明专利申请以天麻资源及种植领域、天麻药品领域的申请量居多,分别为22件(39.92%)和13件(23.21%)。

Patentometrics of Gastrodia elata Industry Technology in Guizhou

In order to further enhance the ability to support the development of science and technology innovation of G.elata industry in Guizhou Province, comprehensively understand the development status of G.elata industry.By means of literature metrology, the application status of patent for G.elata industry in China and Guizhou was studied in terms of types, trends, regions, applicants, technical fields and main institutions.Results: Quantity of patent applications for G.elata in Guizhou during 1989-2016 was 102, accounting for 14.80% of the total quantity of national applications.Compared with the whole country, the proportion of patent applications for utility model or design of G.elata in Guizhou was higher, and the proportion of patent applications for inventions is lower, which is 17.38%, 2.11% and -19.49% respectively.The invention patent applications of G.elata industry in Guizhou were mainly in the fields of resources and planting, and drugs, which were 22 (39.92%) and 13 (23.21%) respectively.
