摘    要:为抗寒性优良油茶品种的选育及应用提供依据,以大别山1号、豫油茶1号、豫油茶3号优良油茶品种为材料,在人工气候室内进行变温低温胁迫处理,以探明油茶在变温低温条件下的生理生化反应机制。结果表明:低温胁迫会造成油茶相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、游离脯氨酸(PRO)含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的增加,且随着胁迫时间延长增幅变大,胁迫解除后又明显降低,整体呈先升后降趋势。3个油茶品种的相对电导率、可溶性蛋白、MDA含量、PRO含量、POD活性等指标均在144h达最大值,可溶性糖含量、SOD活性因品种不同最大值出现的时间不一。3个油茶品种的抗寒性依次为豫油茶3号豫油茶1号大别山1号。

Abstract:Three cultivars of C.oleifera(Dabieshan 1, Yuyoucha 1 and Yuyoucha 3) were used to investigate the mechanism of physiological and biochemical reactions of C.oleifera under changing low temperature conditions in the artificial climate chamber.Results: Low temperature stress caused the relative electric conductivity, malondialdehyde(MDA)content, free proline content, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, peroxidases(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity of C.oleifera increased, the increase of these indicators became larger with time and significantly reduced after removing stress, presenting the trend of increased first and then decreased.The relative electric conductivity, soluble protein content, MDA content, free proline content, and POD activity of the three cultivars reached the maximum at 144 h, the maximum of soluble sugar content and SOD activity of different cultivars emerged in different time.The results showed that cold resistance of three cultivars of C.oleifera decreased in the order of Dabieshan 1,Yuyoucha 1 and Yuyoucha 3.
