银杏内生拮抗菌株的鉴定及脂肽类物质的活性

摘    要:为筛选防治草莓灰霉病原菌(Botrytis cinerea)的内生细菌拮抗菌株,采用16SrRNA基因序列同源性分析与平板对峙法相结合研究分离自银杏(Ginkgo biloba)根茎叶的内生细菌拮抗菌株种类及其次级代谢产物的体外抑菌活性。结果表明:分离筛选出7株对草莓灰霉病原菌具有不同程度抑制作用的内生细菌,其中,菌株YJ5为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),其对草莓灰霉病原菌的抑菌作用较为明显,其脂肽类物质能有效地抑制草莓灰霉病原菌的生长,抑菌带宽15mm。

Abstract:In order to screen the antagonistic endophytic bacteria preventing Botrytis cinerea,the antagonistic endophytic bacteria isolated from the roots,stems and leaves of G.biloba was identified based on phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences,and the inhibition ability of lipopeptides produced by antagonistic strains was evaluated in vitro through the dual-culture method.Results:Seven strains of endophytic bacteria screened from the endophytic bacteria showed different degree of inhibitory activity against B.cinerea.Among them,the strain YJ5 was Bacillus subtilis,and its inhibition ability was most obvious against B.cinerea,and its lipopeptides compounds can effectively inhibit the growth of B.cinerea,and the inhibition zone of the lipopeptides compounds was above 15 mm in width.
