烟草中糖类物质分析的研究进展

摘    要:糖类物质是烟草的重要化合物,通常在卷烟燃烧过程中发生一系列复杂的化学反应,生成多种产物,直接或间接地影响卷烟的感官品质。为深入了解烟草产业对糖类物质的研究情况,从糖类物质对烟草品质和感官质量影响、糖类物质在卷烟生产中的应用以及烟草中糖类物质的分析方法等方面进行综述,旨在为同类研究提供借鉴。

Abstract:Sugar is considered one of critical components in tobacco.Multiple products of a series of complicated chemical reactions during the burning process of cigarettes,affect the sensory quality directly or indirectly.In order to deeply explore the studying on sugars in tobacco,a review was conducted,thus to provide references for similar studies,from the following aspects:influence of sugars on quality and sensory quality of tobacco,application of sugars in cigarettes production and analytical methods of sugars in tobacco.
