多效唑对太子参光合特性与产量的影响

摘    要:为促进太子参高产栽培,采用单因素试验研究大田条件下多效唑不同浓度叶面喷施对太子参叶片光合特性与产量的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施多效唑能提高太子参的叶绿素含量,随着多效唑浓度的增高太子参的叶绿素a和叶绿素b均呈上升趋势。多效唑可促进叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度及胞间二氧化碳浓度的提高,叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度的增幅相似。各处理净光合速率均高于对照,以100mg/L处理净光合速率最高,为9.49μmol/(m~2·s);胞间二氧化碳浓度随多效唑浓度增大而增大;光饱和点与光补偿点均随着多效唑浓度增高而降低,除50mg/L处理光饱和点1 000.80μmol/(m~2·s)]高于对照外,其他处理均较对照低;所有处理光补偿点均较对照低;各处理太子参的产量均较对照高,以150mg/L处理的产量最高,为399.8kg/667m~2。

Abstract:In order to promote high-yield cultivation of R.pseudostellariae,a single-factor field experiment was conducted to explore the effects of foliar spraying various concentrations of paclobutrazol on photosynthetic characteristics and yield of R.pseudostellariae.Results:Foliage dressing of paclobutrazol played a role in increasing chlorophyll content of R.pseudostellariae.Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b increased with paclobutrazol concentration increasing.Paclobutrazol promoted the leaf net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate,stomatal conductance as well as increased the content of intercellular carbon dioxide.The rise of leaf net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance was similar.All net photosynthetic rate exceeds the control among which the one with 100 mg/L did the best in net photosynthetic rate,which was 9.49 μmol/(m2 · s).The concentration of intercellular carbon dioxide is directly proportional to paclobutrazol concentration.While the light saturation point and light compensation point were inversely proportional to paclobutrazol concentration.The light saturation point with 50 mg/L,which was 1 000.80 μmol/(m2 · s),was higher than the control while others were below.Results showed that all the light compensation points were below the control while all the yields of R.pseudostellariae were higher than the control among which the one with 150 mg/L was the highest,which was 399.8 kg/667m2.
