干旱胁迫对金钗石斛幼苗生理生化的影响

摘    要:用加有不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG6000)(0,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%)的MS培养液模拟干旱胁迫,胁迫时间分别为3 d9、d和15 d,并测定干旱胁迫对金钗石斛幼苗生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫可以引起金钗石斛幼苗脯氨酸、可溶性糖的积累,降低可溶性蛋白质相对含量,增大细胞质膜的相对透性;随着胁迫强度和时间的增加,各生理生化特性变化明显。

Abstract:The seedlings of Dendrobium nolie Lindl were stressed in MS solution with different concentration of PEG6000(0,5%,10%,15%,20% and 25%) for 3 d,9 d and 15 d to investigate effects of drought on physiological-biochemical characteristic of Dendrobium nolie Lindl seedlings.The results showed that drought caused accumulation of proline and soluble sugar,increased the relative electrical conductivity of cytoplasmic membrane and decreased soluble protein content.The change degree of physiological-biochemical characteristic enhanced with the increase of stress strength and time.
